Ellipsoid shaped tools are:
 
- Voronoi noise texture maker - Use this roller to create a first layer of noise in your texture
- Round pores texturizer - Use this roller to quickly create small round pores in large or small areas
- Harsh noise texturizer - Use this roller when you need a more bumpy surface to start your texturing job 
 
- Use the pore barrel to texturize large areas quicker.
- Single pore maker has a specially designed tip.
- Directional pore maker - With bonus texturing handle
 
You can always use cling film or a thicker transparent type of plastic film on the top of your sculpting material to reduce the impact of your tools on the surface of your sculpt. You can also smooth down your texture with Isopropyl alcohol or your solvent of choice if necessary.
 
A great tip to keep plastiline from sticking to your tools is to rub on them a small amount of petrolleum jelly. They can be cleaned with IPA, or any other usual solvents.
