WHAT IS TXTOOLZ?
As a London-based sculptor and artist with over 23 years of experience in the Spanish and UK film industry, I am proud to have created TXTOOLZ in 2021. My extensive background in traditional sculpting techniques, along with my passion for exploring new possibilities in the field, led me to develop a line of 3D sculpting and texturing tools that are both functional and beautifully designed.
In a film production where quick surface texturing was required, I began experimenting with hand-made prototypes that ultimately improved the results and efficiency of my work. This experience, coupled with my desire to create tools that deliver realistic, organic surfaces and save time, led me to the development of the TXTOOLZ line.
After many 3D printed prototypes and testing, the first set of tools, featuring the ellipsoid shaped roller, was released in October 2021 (Wave 1 Set 1) and debuted at the 2021 Prosthetics Event by Titanic FX. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with all sets selling out within a day and a subsequent pre-order selling out in less than 24 hours.
I am continually inspired by the positive feedback and dedicated to improving the existing designs and creating new, innovative tools for the sculpting community. The best is yet to come.
